SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every Beards & Bellas order is mindfully packed and labeled by hand, and shipped within 72 hours. Delays may occur due to territory restrictions.
The time your package is in transit depends on the shipping method selected during checkout. Transit times begin at one day and can take up to five days within the US. For reference, your package is being shipped from Chicago, IL. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email email@example.com with your order details.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is complete, correct, and valid in order to process your order. This includes adding apartment, suite, and unit numbers. If you need to update your shipping address, email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order is shipped prior to requesting a change to the shipping address, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and/or reroute the package.
If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be canceled and refunded to you.
Returned Order Packages
If your package is returned to Beards & Bellas by the carrier for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs. A new order must be placed if you still desire the items.
Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.
If your order was shipped and is showing abnormal tracking updates (i.e. only the label was created), email email@example.com with your order details to further assist you.
